Sodium level

Maintaining a normal level of sodium in the blood is crucial for performing at your best. Just drinking water when sweating can lower the sodium levels in your blood, which can severely affect your performance and also extend the subsequent recovery.

Everyone sweats differently

Everyone loses different amounts of sodium through sweat. From as little as 200 mg/l to as much as 2000 mg/l. One universal approach to hydration simply does not work.

We will estimate your sodium losses

Our estimation is based on hundreds of tested sweat samples and the responses of the individuals tested. As part of the form, you will answer similar questions to those the tested individuals did. This will enable us to prepare an individual hydration plan tailored to how you sweat.

1. What sport or activity do you do the most?
2. What type of athlete are you?
3. How long do your main races last (if you don't compete, then training sessions)?
4. Do you ever compete in hot and humid weather?
5. How many hours per week do you typically train?
6. How much do you sweat?
7. Do you often have white streaks or sweat stains on your clothing (during activities up to 60 minutes)?
8. Do your eyes sting or burn from sweat during sweating (during activities up to 60 minutes)?
9. Do you ever experience muscle cramps during a race, training session, or other physical activity?
Where should we send the hydration plan?
